Yes. We provide custom cutting and manufacturing for a wide range of fittings, such as:
•Doors and door frames
•Furniture components
•Mouldings (e.g. wainscoting, skirting boards, architraves)
•Ceilings, paneling, bespoke shelving
If there’s something unique you need, let us know – we’ll work with you on dimensions, species, finish, etc.
Minimums vary by product type. For standard items (boards, raw timber) smaller orders are usually acceptable. For custom orders or specialized items, a minimum may apply to ensure efficiency and quality. Please contact us with what you need and we’ll advise.
• Orders above KSh 200,000 delivered free within Ngong and its environs.
•For orders below that threshold, or outside Ngong, delivery charges apply based on distance, load size, and access.
• We allow free returns within 2 days of delivery for items that are unused and untampered with.
•Custom orders (e.g. cut-to-size, custom fittings) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error on our part.
To pick the right timber, consider:
•Whether the project is interior or exterior (exposure to moisture, weather)
•Structural or decorative use (strength vs appearance)
•Durability, hardness, appearance (grain, finish)
•Cost and maintenance (some species need more care)

Yes. We source from responsibly managed plantations and suppliers, complying with Kenya’s forestry laws. Sustainably sourced timber helps protect forests and ensures ongoing availability.
We can advise or provide treatments/finishes such as:
•Sealing (varnish, polyurethane, lacquer)
•Staining / natural finish to bring out grain
•Preservatives against insects, fungi (especially for softwoods or exposed wood)
•Kiln drying (as required)
We’ll recommend what works best depending on species, exposure, and intended look.
For in-stock standard products: from a few minutes to a few hours (depending on order size).
•For custom orders: lead time ranges from one day to several weeks depending on quantity and level of workmanship required.

Payment terms (e.g. deposit before production, full payment before delivery) may depend on the order type and client.
